The technician who checked our AC was great today. He was prompt, courteous and explained everything he was going to do. I know HVAC staff are very busy now with the heat and humidity so I'm especially grateful for his expertise and thoroughness!!!
We had a fantastic experience with the guys that cleaned out our drier vent! The tube was badly compacted with soaking wet lint. The guys did a great job making sure it was clean throughout and checked in with us later after we had run the drier that our clothes were finally getting dry. We will definitely be using their services in the future!
We would like to share that Ryan M. was in our home today to install duct work for venting. He did an excellent job. The outside of our home has the new venting and it looks great! He was polite, informative and professional. He answered questions and concerns. The job completion was done quickly and with precision.

Ryley is by far an amazing technician! Truly appreciated him explaining all that he did and also educating me on what steps I can take to maintain, and how to prepare for the future. Also treated my property with respect and care. He took off his muddy shoes before coming back into the house. Made sure everything was secure. Treated our fur baby with love. Bryant was there when we needed them! We had initially hired a different HVAC company to install a new system in our house, but on the install day, they did not have the right equipment and were going to change us a thousand dollars more for a different system. That's when we called Bryant and they showed up 10 minutes later! They found the correct system for our house and set up an install date in less than two weeks. They showed up on time and with 4 guys to do the install and got it done right. We now we have a nice cool house in this 100 degree weather. Thank You Bryant Heating and A/C for getting the job done….we will definitely recommend them to all our friends and family!
Best service ever I received from any home repair team, all were totally professional and the work they did was totally awesome, Jesse was the best professional I ever worked with and he went above and beyond in everything he did as also was the team of professional who came and did the installation of my new new heat pump system. I can recommend two great technicians that work for Bryant and I would have them do every repair in my house if I could. Tim(the funny one) and Evan. Tim installed a gas valve shut off behind my stove and repaired two small gas leaks in my house. He told jokes and laughed the entire time he was making my home safe and up to code! Evan was by far one of the best plumbers I have ever worked with. He listened to what I needed, found the best solution, and had all three items on my list completed in a couple hours. I had a leak behind a wall, needed the washer water hookup box replaced, and a t-valve put in under my kitchen sink so that I can get water to my refrigerator. Previous to Evan, I had been told that I would have to reroute piping, move electrical, install new shutoffs, and dig my main water shutoff up at the street which would have cost me well over $2000. I am glad Evan was able to come in and get everything done and give me back my home so I can finally do laundry again! I can't say thanks enough for the peace of mind that comes with great service and great work! Thank you Chris, Kevin, Tim and Evan for all that you do!

After learning that r22 would no longer going to be used after the 1st of Jan 2020 and we had just had to have some put into our 14 year a.c., we decided to take action and replace both our a.c. And furnace now. Just from word of mouth and a little computer time, we contacted Steve at Bryant and scheduled a visit for him to give us a bid. Boy, was he ever informative! I think by the time he got through answering all our questions and telling us all about everything, it really made my wife and I very comfortable in having Bryant installing a new a.c. and furnace for us. Within a few days they were out and started installing. Every one of the men that were out here were super nice, made sure our carpet and everything were protected. They were all very informative on what they were doing and why. My wife said to quit bothering them, but it was neat to see how well they worked together. We couldn't be happier with the performance of both units at this time, even tho it hasn't been very long. We can actually tell the difference in how much more comfortable we are compared with our old units, and are looking forwards to cheaper cooling and heating bills. Thanks guys, Lynn and Joyce

The representative was on time. I wasn't home but he made an effort to call us so that we could help him get into the house. He was very friendly and professional. He helped me to get a part from our split unit so we could order a new one. The tech was fast and efficient. We really like working with Bryant. We have never had any trouble with any of the service techs.
We needed a new geothermal unit and decided on Bryant to do it. They were awesome! We have A LOT going on so scheduling was very difficult but they worked with us and got us up and running ASAP. I'm so pleased with the service and very glad we chose them! I would and will highly recommend :)
We've had Bryant repair our HVAC for 18 years in our house and we've been very satisfied. They oftentimes have been able to stop by later in the day if I call in the morning for the initial diagnostic, and are usually able to fix it that day or within a day or two if parts are needed to be ordered. Every department (customer service, parts, technicians) have been extremely friendly and seem genuine. I can't say for sure if a new system installation from them would be cheaper than others but their repair service is outstanding.
Tim is absolutely the best! All around great guy. I called in for a broken pipe and he came out right away and fully explained everything that needed done. Quick easy job. I had him come back out at a later date to get it fixed and it took him no time at all! He showed me how he did it and explained the whole process. Tim was respectful of my home and me, cracked jokes the whole time and didn't even make a mess. Even if he would have, he was immediately prepared to clean it up. Definitely sticking with this company for all my needs and most definitely recommend them!

Bryant is the most responsive HVAC company I have used. They returned my call right away and had folks scheduled the next day to provide estimates. Showed up early and followed up with emailed estimate ahead of when they said they would. I liked that I could go to one company for ventilation and electrical work. They scheduled and coordinated it all and did great work.
Patrick did semi annual inspection of furnace and heat pump. He was friendly, explained everything clearly, and gave me his recommendations. On his second visit to install the equipment, he went above and beyond to make sure things were right, gave me his recommendations for filters for the furnace, and even took time to show me the recommended type on Amazon so I can order right away today. He is a perfect example of great service!
We had an issue come up with one of our air-conditioning units this past week, and it's not the first for us. After having some difficulties with a different company in the past, we got connected with Ian at Bryant. We got a very quick response to our request, and Ian was at our house promptly. He came, found the problem quickly, and had it fixed in minutes. Ian communicated everything very clearly to me, and he handled the issue without delay. We really appreciate his timeliness, professionalism, and kindness. We will choose Bryant again in the future.
Bryant came out yesterday to look at our toilet and the tech, Evan didn't have what he needed. Said he would be back first thing in the morning to get it fixed and sure enough...he was here first thing. Very professional, polite and extremely helpful. I trust Bryant to take care of things at my business and now I trust them to take care of things in my home. Recommend them to anyone.
My old furnace motor went out after work hours on one of the hottest days. Eric got someone out here ASAP for a great price and had it replaced by Kyle in less than an hour. A HUGE thanks to Kyle, too! Highly recommend! I look forward to working with them in the future when I get my new furnace soon.
