Warm Winter Wish Rules

1. Home must be without a working furnace or had regular issues with current furnace causing a financial burden.
2. The nominated person(s) must own the home in which a new furnace will be installed. This residence must be the primary residence, not a rental or a source of income.^A Modular style homes will not qualify for the Warm Winter Wish program due to the Bryant furnaces provided for the program and the limitation of applications they can be utilized in.
3. The nominee’s home must be in the Bryant Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical & Plumbing service area. The mentioned service area consists of the city of Lincoln and areas within 50 miles of Lincoln.^B
4. Nomination of an individual or family does not guarantee a furnace replacement. Bryant Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical & Plumbing makes a best effort to consider and select recipients that will most benefit from a new furnace.
5. Full factory warranties of the installed equipment will be honored.
6. Prize is as-is and is not redeemable for cash. No prize is transferable and no substitution will be made.
7. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.^B
8. Selected recipients of the Warm Winter Wish will be responsible for all taxes on received prize. Recipient may be required to complete appropriate tax forms prior to receiving prize.
9. Bryant Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical & Plumbing reserves the right to disqualify any applicant or recipient if any contest rules are violated.
10. Bryant Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical & Plumbing reserves the right to amend the rules of the Warm Winter Wish at any time.
11. Bryant Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical & Plumbing is not responsible for failure to claim any prize based upon difficulties with telephone, email or internet difficulties, or any circumstances in any contest or promotion.
12. Recipients of the Warm Winter Wish program agree to allow Bryant to use their name and likeness for promotion of the Warm Winter Wish program. This may include, but not limited to, photos, video and audio recordings.

A. The intentions of the Warm Winter Wish program is to help families and individuals who need assistance in obtaining dependable heating for their home and will benefit from a free furnace for years to come. Homes that are listed or to be listed for sale do not meet this criteria and therefore are not eligible for the Warm Winter Wish program.

B. Mechanical equipment installations must have a permit pulled and an inspection completed. Bryant Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical & Plumbing is a licensed mechanical contractor in Lancaster County and its licensing is generally accepted in the areas within 50 miles of the city of Lincoln. If a home is located within a city/town that recognizes other codes and licensing regulations Bryant may not have authority to install new heating and/or cooling equipment.
