Bryant’s first Wish of the 2017-18 Warm Winter Wish was installed on Monday, January 22nd in Stephanie’s home. Stephanie is a selfless type of person by heart. Helping provide care for her aging aunt while continually helping two adult children through some tough times usually doesn’t reduce bills or the cost of unplanned home repairs. Stephanie has done her best to take good care of her home, but she had not planned for the recent issues with the home’s furnace or an eventual replacement.
The heat in Stephanie’s home was condemned temporarily earlier this heating season due to carbon monoxide levels. Although with repairs the heat was restored, it became clear a replacement was inevitable. Hearing about Bryant’s Warm Winter Wish, Stephanie’s son Aaron nominated her knowing, “there isn’t a lot left to stretch towards heating and power bills”. Knowing that His mother works hard and and also helps out taking in two grandchildren often as well, a reliable source of heat is need, his nomination was one way he felt he could help.
Bryant will not only be helping ensure the home’s heating is more reliable, but by installing a new high efficient furnace, they will also reduce Stephanie’s heating bill. “We could tell that Stephanie works hard to provide for her family and help others,” stated Steve Wittenhagen of Bryant, “with the Warm Winter Wish, Bryant has the opportunity to help her.”
