As you may well know the weather is not going to wait for COVID-19 to pass before changing, nor will a leak in your water heater. That’s why we want you to know that Bryant is here to help when you are in need and we’re taking precautions to keep you safe.
Bryant has made changes to our process to ensure the safety and health of our customers and our employees. Every employee completes a health survey each day to make sure they are not showing any of the symptoms of COVID-19. We are also asking our customer the same survey questions to ensure we are not putting our techs in harms way as well as subsequent customers. We thank you all of our customers for understanding and helping us by taking the time to complete our survey.
We understand the need social distancing and isolation at this time, however much of our business and how we serve the community just can’t wait for the “All Clear” from COVID-19. Unfortunately a sewer can backup, a water heater can leak and your AC may just stop running at anytime. When any of these happen you need service and at a time like this, when everyone is trying to minimize contact with others, it’s important to know your service company is doing their part in keeping you safe. That’s why our technicians are taking additional measures to keep everyone healthy. They are utilizing face masks and gloves, they are provided sanitizing solution and wipes so that when they come to your door you can feel safe. Please note that we are experiencing supply issues just like the medical community, but working hard to keep supplies available for our front line staff.
We have also made some changes at our brick and mortar location. We are asking that customers call ahead before coming in for a part, filter or other assistance. We also ask that customers call when they arrive so we can provide delivery to your vehicle. We have also reduced our office hours service to 7am – 4pm as we have reduced the number staff in the building by utilizing remote access technology. We will still have someone to answer the phones as we had before, however our ability to assist a walk in customer has been reduce one hour. We again appreciate your understanding of these changes as we take what we feel are necessary steps to protect all of our customers and staff during these times.
