Jessica and Cody’s Warm Winter Wish

Jessica and Cody’s story is one of hardship and determination. The couple experienced a large setback falling victim to real estate fraud, losing much of their savings, purchasing and moving in to a home only to find they were not legally the owners. With help from family members the family of five (three children) purchased the home they currently live in, however the home did not have central heating system and lacked duct work. Rik Devney nominated Jessica and Cody‘s family for Bryant Air Conditioning & Heating’s Warm Winter Wish upon receiving word that the family would drive around in their van or visit department stores to keep warm on severely cold winter nights. Continually overcoming financial misfortune and health issues, the Schneider’s have been described as a resilient family that is in need of a break. Bryant Air Conditioning & Heating’s Warm Winter Wish may just be the break they needed.

Bryant Air Conditioning & Heating is installing a high efficiency furnace into the Schneider’s home. Since the home did not have existing duct work, Bryant is taking care of that as well to ensure to the Schneiders never spend another night cold.
