Bryant was there when we needed them! We had initially hired a different HVAC company to install a... new system in our house, but on the install day, they did not have the right equipment and were going to change us a thousand dollars more for a different system. That’s when we called Bryant and they showed up 10 minutes later! They found the correct system for our house and set up an install date in less than two weeks. Everyone at Bryant was very helpful. They attempted to talk me out of my on demand Electric hot... water heater, knowing that it was not the best choice for most people in Lincoln Nebraska. Within 24 hours of their replacing my 30 gallon gas hot water heater, my gas furnace died and my ancient gas stove tried to burn itself down. Bryant's HVAC and plumbing people got right on it again. Everyone was super helpful and efficient.My new Rheem on demand Electric hot water heater is 98% efficient and will give me hot water all day long, as long as I don't want more than two gallons per minute.So, if you're interested in an on demand hot water heater, bear in mind that you are interested in gallons per minute, not total gallons that you can use as your determining factor. The only change I had to make was a low-flow shower head. I'm happy.read more

Tim is absolutely the best! All around great guy. I called in for a broken pipe and he came out... right away and fully explained everything that needed done. Quick easy job. I had him come back out at a later date to get it fixed and it took him no time at all! He showed me how he did it and explained the whole process. After learning that r22 would no longer going to be used after the 1st of Jan 2020 and we had just... had to have some put into our 14 year a.c., we decided to take action and replace both our a.c. And furnace now. Just from word of mouth and a little computer time, we contacted Steve at Bryant and scheduled a visit for him to give us a bid. Boy, was he ever informative! I think by the time he got through answering all our questions and telling us all about everything, it really made my wife and I very comfortable in having Bryant installing a new a.c. and furnace for us. Within a few days they were out and started installing. Every one of the men that were out here were super nice, made sure our carpet and everything were protected. They were all very informative on what they were doing and why. My wife said to quit bothering them, but it was neat to see how well they worked together. We couldn't be happier with the performance of both units at this time, even tho it hasn't been very long. We can actually tell the difference in how much more comfortable we are compared with our old units, and are looking forwards to cheaper cooling and heating bills. Everyone we have worked with as been great, Kieth sold us the heat pump, worked with us to plan interior details for the duct installation.
